Our Journey

Enaball Sport was founded by Piyush Joshi and Yuvrajsingh Bayas, combining deep on field experience with strong business and partnership expertise.

 

Piyush brings over a decade of experience as a professional footballer, along with an MSc in Sport Management from Loughborough University. Through his playing and academic journey, he identified a fundamental gap in Indian football: the absence of a structured ecosystem that is sustainable, collaborative, and most importantly, accessible to young players across diverse backgrounds.

Yuvrajsingh Bayas complements this vision with his experience in business development, partnerships, and stakeholder relations. His focus lies in building the collaborative frameworks required to make such an ecosystem functional, working closely with governments, football associations, clubs, and institutions to enable pathways, unlock resources, and create long term impact.

Together, the founders of Enaball Sport work to bridge talent, infrastructure, and opportunity, building systems that go beyond short term programs and contribute meaningfully to the future of Indian football.
