PROJECT MAHA-DEVA

Project Mahadeva is Enaball Sport’s flagship football development initiative, designed to address the structural gaps in Indian football by creating a sustainable, accessible and collaborative ecosystem for player development. The project focuses on identifying and nurturing talent through high quality coaching, structured competition, education and exposure, while building strong partnerships with clubs, associations and institutions. By integrating grassroots development with clear progression pathways within India and internationally, Project Mahadeva aims to move beyond isolated camps and short term outcomes, and instead build a long term system that empowers players, supports stakeholders and strengthens the footballing ecosystem as a whole.

BLIND FOOTBALL - FOR GIRLS

As part of Project Mahadeva’s commitment to accessibility and inclusion, Enaball Sport also conducted a dedicated football camp for visually impaired girls. The camp was designed to ensure that football remains a space for everyone, regardless of physical ability, by adapting coaching methods, equipment and training formats to create a safe and empowering learning environment. Beyond skill development, the initiative focused on confidence building, independence and teamwork, reinforcing the belief that sport can be a powerful tool for social inclusion and personal growth. This camp reflects Enaball Sport’s broader mission to make football genuinely accessible and meaningful for all.

TECHNOLOGY IN SPORT

Enaball Sport has also begun integrating technology into athlete management, training and performance monitoring, marking a first of its kind approach within this ecosystem. By digitising training plans, tracking workloads and monitoring athlete progress over time, the initiative enables more informed decision making for coaches while ensuring structured, individual focused development for players. This technology led approach strengthens accountability, improves continuity across training cycles and lays the foundation for data driven player development in Indian football.
